NexFi MAC Addresses
This page provides information about MAC addresses and OUIs assigned to NexFi. The Organizationally Unique Identifier (OUI) is the first 24 bits of a MAC address and is assigned by the IEEE to uniquely identify a vendor or manufacturer.
About NexFi MAC Addresses
MAC addresses beginning with 94:D6:DB: are manufactured by NexFi. When you see a device on your network with this OUI prefix, it indicates that the device was manufactured by NexFi.
The IEEE assigns OUI prefixes to manufacturers to ensure uniqueness in the global networking ecosystem. NexFi has been assigned the OUI prefix 94D6DB (among others) for use in their network devices.

MAC Address Format
A complete MAC address consists of 48 bits (6 bytes) and is typically represented in hexadecimal format with each byte separated by a colon or a hyphen. For NexFi devices, the MAC address would look like:

The first three bytes (94:D6:DB) identify the manufacturer as NexFi, while the last three bytes are unique to each device.
